Katsuragi Misato
Head Commander in Operation at NERV.
Analysis:
Misato is part of the First Division of Operation Section in Department of Tactics and Operation at Nerv. In private Misato always tries to be optimistic and cheerful, "taking it easy" but she also can be very decisive, innovative and efficient. She volunteered to care both for Shinji and Asuka who live at her house. Even though she can't cook she does a good job as mother, giving valuable advice about life and how to get along with it. Misato was at one time involved with Kaji Ryoji.
